DEFINITIONS

The terms ‘you’, ‘your’, ‘individual’, ‘group’, and ‘client’ are used interchangeably meaning the clients partaking in events with Princess Events & Charters.

ENVIRONMENT

By booking a tour with Princess Events & Charters, you agree to follow all laws, rules, and directions from Princess Events & Charters staff regarding your interaction with the marine environment. This includes respecting marine wildlife, who should not be interfered with in any way. Littering or other forms of pollution will not be tolerated.

BOOKINGS

In booking with Princess Events & Charters, you understand and accept that you are participating in an experience that involves risk. These Terms & Conditions apply to any booking you make with Princess Events & Charters whether it be over the phone, email, or online. We will rely on the authority of the person making the booking to act on behalf of any other passengers under the same booking and as that person you agree to provide these Terms & Conditions to all guests under your booking. You are binding all such guests (including yourself) to these Terms & Conditions, and you have the authority to act on such guests’ behalf. After booking, please ensure all details of the contract are correct

Private tours, events, and charters are required to pay a 50% deposit to confirm the booking. The full booking amount must be paid at least 7 days prior to departure.

All prices are in USD and do not include applicable sales tax or service charge, unless noted.

EXPERIENCES

Your experience with Princess Events & Charters is undertaken entirely at your own risk. You agree that Princess Events & Charters, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, or partners will not be held liable for any accident, injury, loss, or damage to any person or property caused while you are embarking, traveling on, or disembarking from Princess Events & Charters vessels.

Princess Events & Charters may offer additional products or experiences through one of our preferred vendors. Please refer to the individual terms outlined by these preferred vendors before purchasing such products or experiences. Princess Events & Charters will not be held liable for these products or experiences.

Passengers must arrive at the designated departure point 30 minutes prior to departure.

Princess Events & Charters operates in a marine environment and passengers can get wet or be exposed to conditions that they do not necessarily experience on land.

All children (16 years and under) must be accompanied by an adult.

Minimum age requirement for Princess Events & Charters is 3 years. Children younger than 3 years are not permitted aboard the vessel.

Pregnant women are not permitted to attend any event that moves from dockside.

Passengers with other medical conditions, injury or potential health risk must advise Princess Events & Charters prior to your departure.

Princess Events & Charters is not liable for the safety, loss, or damage of personal valuables of guests participating in Princess Events & Charters experiences.

No smoking is permitted on Princess Events & Charters vessels at any time.

Princess Events & Charters reserves the right to refuse any passenger displaying signs of intoxication or drug use and will not issue a refund in this instance.

Princess Events & Charters reserves the right to refuse any passenger if Princess Events & Charters staff believe the passenger will compromise the safety of others.

In the case of extreme weather conditions, Princess Events & Charters will contact you the day before your event to confirm any possible cancellations.

Princess Events & Charters reserves the right to cancel, change, or adapt any event it sees fit allowing for weather, ocean conditions, safety, or equipment concerns. In such a case, Princess Events & Charters will try to reschedule the trip, if possible. Princess Events & Charters will not be held liable for any loss or expense incurred by the client and guests caused by such cancellation, change, or adaptation. Client will receive a Full Refund if Princess Events & Charters cancels the trip.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

If Princess Events & Charters cancels the event for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

If you need to cancel your event or charter for any reason, you must provide at least 5 days’ notice via phone AND email to receive a credit or move your booking to another date. If you give less than 5 days’ notice before cruise departure, you will forfeit your money and will not receive a credit or refund.

PRIVACY POLICY

Princess Events & Charters recognizes that your privacy is of utmost importance, which is why Princess Events & Charters only collects personal information from you that relates directly to your booking for example: your name, company, address, phone, and email.

Princess Events & Charters may take unique images of each experience and its passengers for marketing and advertising purposes only.

Princess Events & Charters will provide your details to the relevant authorities in the event of an emergency.

Online booking and credit card details are done using Stripe. Your details are encrypted and stored by Stripe, but in some instances are owned by Princess Events & Charters.

Your choice to book a Princess Events & Charters experience means that you accept the Terms & Conditions above. We offer curated experiences with a Marine Naturalist and strive to provide a memorable experience for you and your guests.
