Private Charters & Cruises

Absolutely! We have options for both private charters and for small groups that want to join a whale watching excursion. Just ask!

Yes. We will collaborate with you to create a curated event based on your budget & specific event needs. All planning & recommendations are included in the base price for your event.

Deposit

Yes. The deposit is required at the time of booking and the full amount is due one week before the event. Please discuss the details with your Event Planner and refer to Terms & Conditions.

Food & Beverage

We work with preferred vendors who can offer you a variety of menu options for appetizers, party platters, boxed lunches, beer, wine, and sodas.

Our boats are not equipped with a kitchen, so we recommend ordering party platters, boxed lunches, & appetizer-style options from our preferred vendors. The vendors will provide you with menus for food & beverages.

Our vendors are trained to work with diet restrictions and other special diet needs. Please inform our Event Planner at the time of booking.

We must work with preferred vendors to supply all beer & wine due to local liquor laws. We cannot allow you to bring any type of alcohol aboard the boat. Our vendors have traditional beer & wine, as well as craft & other unique options.

Our vendors can provide a variety of beers & wines. Hard alcohol & liqueurs are not allowed aboard the boats due to local laws.

Terms & Conditions

Special Requests

Children must be 3 years old or older to participate in events aboard the boats.

If the event is a cruise, we do not allow pregnant women aboard. For dockside events, pregnant women are allowed to attend.

Please contact our Event Planner to discuss the specific needs of you and your guests.

Attire

Dress for the event! Remember to wear flat-soled shoes and layers. Our bottom deck is heated, if you need to warm up. Sunglasses, sunscreen (for daytime events), and lip balm are recommended.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted on the Wharf or our vessels. We will comply with local and marine laws.

Entertainment & Decor

Absolutely. We have preferred vendors, performers, and musicians of all types. Let our Event Planner guide you with the logistics.

Sure! We can provide options from our preferred vendors list or you can bring your own.

Your Event Planner will help you create an incredible experience for you & your guests. Although we do not allow tape, tacks, or confetti, we may have other options available to personalize your event. Just ask!

We have preferred vendors who will collaborate with your Event Planner to create an amazing personalized event for you & your guests.

Boarding

Your Event Planner will assign a boarding time for your group. It is typically 30 minutes prior to departure.

Fees

Additional fees will include a service charge for staff and applicable sales tax. Other fees may be applied based on your event, but will be discussed with you in advance.

We apply a service charge (similar to gratuity) to each booking that is shared among staff. You are welcome to leave additional gratuity for superior service, but it is not required.

Weather

It might. Your Event Planner works closely with the Captain to determine if the boat can leave the dock for a cruise. We will make every effort to notify you of a cancellation due to weather. Please see Terms & Conditions for more detailed information.
